      Pros

      Good work - life balance. Flexible working ours, pretty well paid comparing job market. You can build very brod peer network.

      Cons

      Very time consuming to implement changes. inflexible processes. Top down decisions very often non sense. It is very hard fire somebody from job, restructuring with low workforce reduction impact.

      Very helpful, supportive, and hardworking colleagues despite management. Great pay and benefits in theory

      Cons

      Unclear strategy, compensation would be good if it matched the insane workload and pressure, layoffs always looming, cutthroat management, weird cult like behavior for C-suite, pressure and lowkey misery of colleagues actually sent me back to therapy
