      Very good pay, easy work.

      Cons

      No work life balance. You work 12 hour shifts, then they force you to come in on your days off. Be prepared to cancel on family plans and doctors appointments.

      Pros

      High pay, 140k in 2025 working 5 11 hour days on average per week.Newer equipment, benefits.

      Cons

      Salary pay 50 hours in 4 days on average. Mandatory overtime which has been 3 weeks of the month for the past 2 years. 3AM start time on average. There’s a camera pointing at you all day in the cab.
