Pros
Great pay, awesome benefits, and the ability to move up or around within the company. 2 2 3 schedule, leads to good work life balance.
Cons
Management can be iffy at times. Always getting and training new people because people seem to not be able to stay. Can't use sick time without receiving an attendance (point) which could lead to termination if over 5 days sick a year.
