Good team cohesion, look after each other well.
Cons
Micro management at operations level, unwilling to listen, poor people skills. 12 hour shifts, difficult to adapt as they change every two weeks. Difficult to take breaks, especially when busy so spending 12 hours at the desk is not uncommon.
