Started out great, many technologies, excited for the opportunities and saw great potential Good benefits and compensation
Cons
Soon it went south really fast There are no checks and balances or separation of power Disagreement or not going along with what the leadership’s inner life circle of people decide will not be tolerated and will be retaliated - you will be dealt with and put on the "list", branded not a team player, un-coachable, gossiper, weakest link and discredited, disparaged, set up to fail etc...
