Pros
Career Development Flexibility to achieve something that could resemble a work/life balance
Cons
Culture is very difficult to work in which can feel toxic. It is not unusual to be screamed at (including cussing) by line managers and certainly general manager. The harder you work and the more you do, the more at risk you are of ridicule (which includes blaming you for errors made by whoever the current favourite is). Management appear to make decisions based on feelings rather than education. No HR department and no support for anything HR related. Very loose environment, a lot of inappropriate conversations had by all. You will be rewarded more for aligning with the 'right crew' than your professional achievements. Ultimately a very disappointing experience.
