Pros
Supervisors care and encourage growth Coworkers collaborate and don't "hoard" knowledge Superb ESOP returns and great healthcare bennies I've had plenty of opportunities to advance my career strong sense of giving back to the community
Cons
it may just be the nature of the industry and the overall lack of engineers, but there are some times when the hours get long approaching a deadline. at least I get paid for my overtime. HNTB is trying to be more diverse/inclusive, but civil engineering is only so diverse to begin with.
