Pros
HNTB is a leader in the field of transportation infrastructure and getting stronger based on size of many recent wins. Leadership is focused on growth AND profitability which is good for the employee owners in the ESOP. Expectations of offices/people are becoming focused on the right things while still being aggressive.
Cons
The firm has 30 different offices any multiple locations for some offices. Makes it hard to have a strong tie with the company overall given the various leaders and levels of leadership. Continued strengthening of communications is important.
