      Pros

      I worked at the W Flagler location in Miami for a few years. The employee benefits were excellent. Health, dental, life and all sorts of insurances were provided. PTO was also great.

      Cons

      I found it strange that, being such a big company, they did not have a kitchen area for employees to eat.

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
