Clean office, fresh coat of paint on the walls, the occasional free beer (you'll need it). Free coffee, electricity, running water.
Cons
All staff is micromanaged to death and nobody is trusted. Often times employees will have 3+ bosses. You will be overworked and taken advantage of. I was consistently undermined and second-guessed. It's exhausting. They specialize in remedial level executions and there is shady management with zero transparency. It's an uncomfortable work environment with a culture that does not value talent or its employees, period. High turnover. Offers one day for bereavement. Half hour lunch. Very few clients providing the bulk of their revenue - unsustainable business model. Outdated practices with no signs of evolving.
