      They have good rapport with corporate clients so consistent gigs during busy season Gigs can lead to client hiring you themselves

      Cons

      Pay is way too low Bookers hound you to work by calling/emailing nonstop 6 gig a month minimum but gigs get cancelled last minute

      Lots of jobs and understanding staff

      Cons

      Mediocre pay and I also dislike the pay discrepancy when we all did the same training and doing the exact same job.
