Pros
Good culture with a wide variety of client projects using various technologies. A good place to gain a lot of experience in a very short period of time. Always willing to provide employees with the resources necessary to excel on projects.
Cons
Management does not tend to take into consideration the type of technologies you prefer to work with when placing you on a project - employee satisfaction is not a top priority. Pay raises, bonuses, and promotions were very political and not highly performance based.
