      Personally i was recruited as a graduate trainee which is a 2 year development program to prepare you to enter managerial level. Along the program, i have been equipped with so many development program. Not only for the technical skills but also interpersonal skills

      Sometimes we need to work beyond the working hour but its worth it for your development
