Some great team members who are very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Cons
Managment promotes management. Empty promises. The pay is below others in the industry. They push "ESOP" like it pays well.. you might get $5K-7K/year. You are told not to talk about compensation with other employees. (which is illegal in MN)
