Thank you for recommending HKA and for saying "exciting growth potential"...always good to read. We appreciate you taking your time to share your valuable views, as a current employee and COO of HKA. Thank you. Having been here for the last few years, you have contributed, helped and seen the continuous improvement that continues to occur at HKA. Delighted you joined us and are part of our team helping to move us further forward. As you know, we are not complacent and we do know the areas that we need to improve further on. Thankfully we have a Board, CEO and ExCom who believe in equality, diversity and inclusion and we have passionate and smart colleagues who want to help us go faster on our equality, diversity and inclusion journey. Still room for improvement within HKA on equality, diversity and inclusion and also we need/want to encourage more diverse people to join our professions from schools/universities etc. I totally agree with your advice to Management and all the evidence points to us being focused on our People. I think your advice is particularly poignant as I think it is our people that make the difference to our clients and to making HKA a great place to work. Thank you again. Onwards and upwards we go!
