Thank you for all you have done for HKA to help us continue to improve and work hard to be a great place for our brilliant people.
I do agree with you that seeking feedback from our people is essential and helps to ensure we address areas for improvement and respond to the needs of our people.
I am sorry I am only now replying to your post, which you sent in Feb 2019. One of our continuous improvement programmes now includes replying to all Glassdoor postings, as we do value opinions from everyone.
Please keep well especially during this pandemic.
