Pros
The team you work with can either be your only allies, or the ones who screw you over. Since June, there has been NO PROS TO WORKING HERE. There are other TPRs that pay better, respect their employees and don’t threaten to write them up if they get overtime for doing their jobs. CORPORATE AND ANY OTHER TPR ARE WAY BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY
Cons
This company got another TPR (Intouch) who was swimming in lawsuits and brought them in AND KEEP THEIR SAME PAY, while the OG HIT employees are paid pennies. How did they find out? The intouch employees bragged about it and some even admitted to the fact that they got paid WAY more than HIT. It’s sad when you find out that key holders and ASMs from hit get paid the same as Mobile Experts from intouch. Yes, an absolute slap to the face. But wait! That’s not all! They “restructured” the company by demoting the recently promoted or letting them go, and cutting the percent payout for ASMs, not even bothering to increase the hourly pay at least and slamming them with TEN TIMES THE WORK. To top it off, they are so understaffed that whenever you call out they will make you feel horrible and guilt trip you, therefor ruining your mental health little by little and asking very personal questions to why you called out that ONE DAY and screw your schedule out of spite. There’s favoritism involved since intouch got brought in. Aside from them keeping their pay, HIT has done NOTHING to match or even out the pay gap!!! To toil yourself and still get told that it’s not enough?! This is why employees are leaving. The company is only as good as its district managers and sales directors so that should say a lot. They blatantly neglect doing commission corrections since there’s literally one person who fixes these errors and always has an attitude when an email is sent. They’ve gotten sued for commission related reason before, amongst other things. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, your mental health is more valuable than a workplace that works off favoritism, incompetence and miscommunication. And for the pay they offer, it’s an even stronger reason to why you should run for the hills. To those that are reading this and saying that “this anonymous review is just bitter or talking smack”.... you are part of the problem.
