Pros

First of all, they take the interview process very seriously. They understand that you couldn't possibly get to know someone thoroughly in 30 minute to an hour. Although sitting in an interview for 2-3 hours may seem daunting, it really proves that they value their employees/hires. Every person is more than a resume/piece of paper, and they are very intentional about making sure that each new hire will build up office culture and morale rather than taint it. Some managers could be "too busy" to invest that type of quality in the hiring process, but not HIRECLOUT. They understand the value of investing in that time in building a top-notch team. Secondly, they are completely transparent and honest about what you're signing up for, and they follow through on every single promise and commitment they make to you as an individual or your team. They are invested in training. They believe, even as CEO's or managers, that there is no job too small. They are in the trenches with us every step of the way and make themselves available to us as much as humanly possible--even with everything they have on their plates. The owners are family and all-around good people. They GENUINELY care about taking care of their employees and doing business the right way. Ethics and character are huge to them, and ultimately the business model. Unlike other agencies, they would advise you against pushing a candidate to take your job if the candidate truly feels it isn't the right fit. The company is about building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients and putting their best interests first--not making a quick buck. As a result, they have an army of returning satisfied candidates and clients, and the business never stops coming to us. The fact that our leaders are respected, trusted, and held to high-esteem...the fact that we get to do our job the right way...means we truly get to help people make the best career and life decisions for them and their family. It is a rewarding experience. Furthermore, they care that we are actually trained technically. They invest in classes, training seminars, books, and their own valuable time to make sure we are up-to-speed on current and modern technologies, trends, etc. so that we can properly vet candidates. Again, this further builds respect for us by our candidates and clients. There is always feedback on your work. Whether it be good or bad, it's handled professionally. You are never made to feel like a failure, and they are committed to setting you up for success. The only possible way for you to fail is to not be receptive, open, and flexible. They've been doing this for 30 years and doing it well. You have to trust that they know a thing or two, and that no one can do anything alone--not even them and they will tell you that. HUGE PRO: Literally no one here is passive aggressive and it's kind of wonderful. Communication is highly valued here. Finally, the team and office culture is amazing. The days go by quick and are fun. I've never had a bad day here. It is not a competitive, every man for himself, culture. We are structured differently than any other firm out there, and it fosters a synergy that makes us ultimately more successful. We are all working together, we all win together, and we all go celebrate together. Healthcare coverage is the bomb.com. Occasional month incentives and fat cash bonuses based on good production. They are generous people, so do a good job and you are well taken care of.

Cons

The conference room is getting a little small for all this growth, I suppose. We are also running out of space on our handy-dandy white board. Let's see...no place is perfect, but this place comes close. Biggest cons would maybe be that there's no 401k yet, but I believe they're working that...sick days are few, but not because they don't care. It's a logistical thing that has to do with contractors versus full-time employees...and not being able to separate one from the other. They are pretty good about working with you fairly if a situation arises.

Thank you for the great feedback! Sick days are now maxed out, so problem solved (56/72 hours). I agree on space, we are close to capacity. New office on the way. 401K is on a list of benefits we plan on adding as we grow with wonderful employees like yourself.

Pros

Hireclout is ons of the best companies I've worked for. management really cares about its employees. The training is excellent and the internal systems are really good as well. I've probably learned more at Hireclout than my prior four jobs combined. Jeff and Avetis have created a very positive and productive work culture. When we were called back to the office post-pandemic, I really found myself excited to be going back into the office and having the onsite camaraderie. Hireclout also has great commitment to serving its clients and candidates, so my values and theirs are aligned almost 100%. Recruiting companies can sometimes have a bad reputation for being sleazy sweat shops etc., but Hireclout is the exception. They really care about their employees, clients and candidates, and I hope I can be here for a long time.

Cons

I wouldn't call this a con, but I'd say come prepared to learn and to work. This is not a cushy job at all. You will need to go outside of your comfort zone a little bit, but it will be well worth it! If you follow their training and tutelage, you will likely be very successful and enjoy working there.

Pros

HIRECLOUT has an energetic work culture with a smart and passionate staff that sincerely enjoys working together. If you’re seeking an autonomous work atmosphere, HIRECLOUT definitely provides it. Management invests in the needed resources, so recruiters and other departments can thrive and meet expected goals. Because the company is going through tremendous growth there are many opportunities to learn and grow; for a person who is a go getter. The company Founder and Co-Founder are great leaders who show a genuine interest in the people who work with them. They have an open door policy, recognize individual achievements and value the input of staff members.

Cons

HIRECLOUT recently rebranded and is growing quickly. With the rapid pace in which recruiters and support staff are being added, I’m challenged, as Corporate Development Manager with keeping pace. Getting business processes implemented in a timely manner to meet the needs of a growing company can be a bit chaotic; but there surely could be worse cons.
