Pros
The people are good people, the company is trying to grow, and they allow for risks in innovation. Many opportunities to learn new skills and earn paid certifications.
Cons
TLDR: Projects are under-scoped to get sales.
Poor delivery methodology and constructed contracts make working and providing the clients what they think they purchased impossible. Also, there is a lot of favoritism from the top; if you are not a darling, you are out the door. The pay is lower compared to the rest of the consulting firms. Layoffs have been happening each summer the past 2 years and are often a shock to the employees, even those of us who remained employed.
