Best Career Move To Date - Leadership Team HIG Insurance Employee Review

I'm currently employed with HIG for a little over 8 years and I love it!! The job gives me a sense of having a career. The owners show that they care and that we are part of a family. Many times they have gone above and beyond to help an employee. The client's are nice and definitely plenty of them. Here at HIG we develop nice relationships with co-workers, clients, and even company representatives. Management makes sure all offices work well as a team and offer training sessions throughout the year to make sure we stay current with our product knowledge.

Busy office but I wouldn't necessary call it a con.

None that I experienced while I was there.

Very little support. Lots of employee discontent and a company floundering with mismanagement. Little to no training and you really have to have a following or book of business to be successful with this company.
