      Nothing. Just wait until hell freezes. Better be jobless than working for this company.

      Cons

      Cellar dwelling pay, zero growth. atrocious management, dreadful leaders, terrible training. No care for employees, unpaid washroom breaks, impossible KPIs, cheap tools for work.
