Minimum wage and no breaks if work 6 hours or less. You are only allowed 2 x 5 minute comfort breaks! Any more you have to work back.
When constantly on the phone with not even a 5 second gap between calls, you need to drink as throat gets dry, so need a loo break!!
If you work part-time and do 6 hours, you get no break. NOT good for a company that says your well being is important to them!!
Calls come in very very fast and you get zero time before next one comes in. If in wrap for more than 5 to 10 seconds you are messaged in teams in front of everyone! The operations Mgr put someone down in teams, was not good!
The support they give you is a help system and if you ask for help in teams, you are referred back to help system, even if said you cannot find it…..
Training was non existent, as training system did not work 99%of the time and we had 1 go on a system we would be using!
I gave my notice after only a few days, as was ridiculous. I have worked at fast paced call centres, but this was way and above that in the worst way possible!
I would say run, as not a good place to work at all if a CSR!
