Pros

Full time hours and possibility for lots of overtime hours during holidays

Cons

First you are a Rogers call center rep. Do the same work as someone who worked at the rogers building and made $19.00 and hour for 11.60 an hour. I feel there is no accountability on managements part Lack of respect for employees and the wok they do
