Pros
Work from home, citizens appreciate you being there for them
Cons
Too many, training was literally on citizens mental health and hardly on systems we going to use. when going live, b2b calls not a chance to breath inbetween not even a second, this causes difficulty with your physical health constantly taking for 8 hours a day. no proper team manager. systems do not work properly and was given no details of how to get in touch to let anyone know on the 1st day after training. Managers don’t check IT chats when you log issues but happy to put you down as deductions of pay because they can’t be bothered to check you had issues with systems why you were not on calls. You never get personal 1to1 help when you need it but the managers will be sending private chats to humiliate you again without checking with you if you were ok. 1st job where you don’t get paid for breaks which is disgusting. HR never reply back, 200 employees start suddenly dropping to nearly half. Overall causing disturbance to both physical and mental health as your just a number to them not a valued staff member even when you enjoy the job itself.
