Forced to sign a contract once a year that says you agree they can fire you without cause. Is that even legal? Made to sign policies that say they do not allow bullying or creating a hostile work environment. That does not extend to the team leads who are supposed to be support. They can be rude, dismissive and try to shame you in the group chat for asking a question without any retribution. Reporting the abuse makes zero difference.
The pay is the pay. Whether you've worked there 15 years or started yesterday everyone makes the same. There is no raise based on experience or contribution.
There is no xmas bonus.
