Micromanagement leads to burnout and low pay - Infrastructure Services Analyst HFW Employee Review

Caught the IT infrastructure manager sleeping during the day. Puts teams status on do not disturb. Caught him sleeping more than twice. During working from home the infrastructure team are not working I.e spending more time with builders doing home extension. Members of infrastructure team come in twice per week but leave early. At home they are doing personal work including working for other companies. They should be in the office 5 x per week.
