Pros
* Good technologies and problems to work on. * They pay well like any decent product based company. * Great work-life balance. You can take wfh, whenever you need it and no one really bothers, as long as work is getting done. * Free snacks and breakfast items available 24*7. * Free transport facilities. * In general, I found people are really cooperative here. Obviously, I can't tell about every teams across the globe, but with whoever I have worked with, I found them really helpful.
Cons
No cons as such, which I have found so far worth considering. As a software developer, all I need is good work, good pay and good flexibility.
