      Pros

      right now none.. cannot think of any. need to fill in minimum but cannot think of any. used to be good.

      Cons

      Company had great culture and pride and suddenly the Cisco Mafia took over and bullied existing people out. One Cisco members brought on another people based on nepotism and the CEO started this culture. All of them offered zero relevant jobs to people. The so called executive has no idea what they are doing it’s being quite laughable.... Change is ok but dumb changes are not.

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
