The people who are suppose to be helping you grow are busy running behind girls, There is too much partiality that needs to be dealth with. To grow you need to first get into the managers eyes, and then you face an never ending competition from pretty girls. This company is like a trap, one you get into it, its very very hard to get out and switch. Growth is too slow. People who work sincerly are never given any growth. Even if you do make it, its of no use to other companies and they wont hire you. Before getting into Here think about the long run, this company's good for a short time,but in the long run you will simply be ruining your career. The project lead decides who gets what and for that they are very bias.
