      Pay is decent and benefits are good.

      Cons

      -The growth opportunities for marketing professionals is limited and inexistent -Engineers treat non-engineers as assistants and not as professionals -You will work endless hours on a project for an engineer that didn't respect your time and schedule that you set in place

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
