Managers and analysts all work had to help guide you through the process. Everyone is very approachable. They make an effor to help you show the ropes. They are easy to work with.
Cons
Not a structured program. Sometimes managers are very curt, dont really have the time to guide you. You will have to work to get noticed. You have to manage your time well.
