Pros

- Brand Name and Market Capitalisation is good

Cons

The work environment is extremely high-pressure across all departments, with the burden falling mostly on junior and ground-level employees. Senior and mid-level management often appear disengaged from actual work, focusing more on pleasing their superiors than supporting their teams. Office politics are intense and deeply ingrained in the culture. New employees are rarely supported—existing team members may actively try to demotivate them or complain about them to senior management. The compensation structure is misleading—CTC looks attractive on paper, but the in-hand salary is significantly lower. A large portion of the CTC is made up of non-cash components (like loan benefits), which are often used to retain employees rather than genuinely benefit them. There is constant pressure around PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), sometimes used more as a threat than a genuine performance tool. Management discourages resignations only at the last moment, highlighting benefits only when an employee decides to leave. The work culture in several teams can be toxic, with unprofessional, aggressive, and non-cooperative behavior being common. In sales roles, especially among Relationship Managers, there is an excessive focus on targets, often encouraging unethical practices and poor customer handling.
