I have been working at HD for 2.5 years now. I would say this is one of the great company to work. The company is highly diversified, meaning you can grow horizontally and vertically, depending on your interest. HD has strong HR policies and it is a value based company. HD takes care of employee’s aspirations and if you have established as a good performer, sky is the limit for you to grow within HD, it still maintains an entrepreneurial and start up like culture, where employees are encouraged to take risks.
