Pros
Despite the lack of vision in senior leadership, there are many hardworking and good people in the company.

Dinosaurs. The company is so far behind in technology it is laughable. The website is one of the worst e-commerce platforms I've seen, especially for a company of its size. There is no vision or strategy from senior leadership, especially in regards to marketing and technology. The CEO is a robot clown, we think, as he never shows his face in the office. His only communication to employees was through corny weekly emails that provide absolutely no message or value whatsoever. And the company is incredibly cheap with employees working on archaic computers wth tiny monitors and chairs from the 70s.
