Upper management and corporate office doesn't know how things really work at the branch level. Policies are unorganized, not communicated and end up hurting procedures to best serve customers. Not good company culture higher up. VP and some board members are great example of "do what I say, not what I do". Probably why there is such a high turnover rate of management level employees.
