Positive/plenty of hours to choose from day and night shifts

Employees are not paid enough for the work that they do and the mental and physical stress that they endure daily. This company pays $9 per hour and the people should be getting paid at least 12 dollars per hour. They cannot keep employees they work for a few days and quit because they realize it is too hard of work for what they get paid. I thought hard to get my employees a raise but corporate would not allow this.
