Pros

Earn experience in a technical job.

Cons

Depends on the project you get assigned to. Some projects have good leadership. Others of course don't which is why I left. The support for HCL itself is limited. When you call for any tech issues they tend to either not answer or hang up on you.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
