Good for the freshers, project-wise career growth, ambience of the ODC is too good
Cons
non-transparent appraisal process (I guess, its the story of all corporate companies), project micro-management, salary too low for the experienced, notice period is 90 days (way too high for leaving candidates, but wants the outside candidates to join with 10 days)
