Appraisal purely depends on performance (In most of the cases). 5. Has inverted the pyramid, thereby providing more strength even to people at lower level.
Cons
1. Hike percentage may not seem satisfactory. 2. Improper utilization of resources, meaning, not obtaining maximum output out of a resource, which in turn impact resource's development. 3. Fancy policies and strategies in place, such as EFCS, but you actually do not find any difference between other organizations and HCL, at en employee's level.
