Pros
1. Good Work-life balance for a married personnel, 2. Learning and challenging roles 3. On-site opportunities very rare, but it is there 4. Felt like home, amenities inside campus is good, hospitals, shops, etc... 5. If one does additional gimmicks, according promotion and hike is possible ( but no one say how to do and what to do, have to find individually, mostly it'll take min. after first year) 6. Few Friendly Managers are there
Cons
1. No hike, be prepared, again repeating no hike, its a mere hike percentage, for a middle class people, they cant stand a chance, more than 3 years.... 2. Politics, 3. Few un manageable managers... 4. Recruiters sometimes speak like Hench men, so ball up in salary negotiation, again saying mere annual hike percentages, so entering hike is the only option, never fear for threatening words from HR recruiters.... speak up and stand strong in salary negotiation.... (just my suggestion) 5. No promotions, unless you meet goals of manager's KPI 6. No monetary benefits
