I have learnt a lot in the HCL during the process. From last 4 years i am the consistant Outstanding performer in HCL, and waiting that maybe next year i will able to see the financial impact of this Outstanding performance in my salary package..
Cons
VERY POOR SALARY STRCTURE.. Depends on the source and your contacts internally and externally for the salary increment. HR is totally blank for any type of help. HR will always speak the language of top management. You can say always harassed the employ even after taking the review and discussion done with the employee. No fix percentage of any growth related to Salary, Designation, Work Load balance.. I also tried for the internal movement for the better growth, howvever refused by the management..
