Pros
Employee first attitude from management and HR is great. The atmosphere work wise is great. Employees are mostly seemed happy with the role given to them. A sense of learning from employees makes things better for the company.
Cons
Slow growth for the beginners. A person joining as management trainee will take at least 10 years to reach to a top level position like program manager.
