      Good work in some BU's Direct client interaction for few employees but good work can give you equally good opportunities. Onsite opportunities rare but add well to experience

      Cons

      Way too much Dense Hierarchy, difficult to get attention from senior management Too many Management conflicts Mid level management not that competent Transparency missing at times
