Pros
1-Big campuses where they invite their clients for visits. 2-Appraisal (A term only for higher level employees) 3- Don't join as a fresher or you'll be ruined cuz roles in projects are given on luck base. 4- Festive celebration is only for above L3 and L4 employees. Rest of the employees can watch them celebrate Deepawali, Holi in office campus only but from far away so that they can not be disturbed while celebrating. 5 Hcltech is a big family . A family where higher seniors celebrate festivals separately and lower and mid level employees are left to work in ODCs. Or not allowed to go in their celebrations.
Cons
-Hcltech wants immediate joiners. -3 months notice period while switching , other companies can wait while hcltech wants immediate or 30 days notice period on its offer letters -HR are so hardworking that they don't have time to pick up calls or do callbacks .
