Cons
Lack of proper communication during onboarding regarding reporting managers, points of contact, and whom to reach out to for support. Managers often expect deliverables before employees have had sufficient time to understand the product. Despite being a product division, the organization continues to operate with a service-company mindset. The company aims to hire talent from top product companies, but many of its processes and ways of working do not reflect a product-company culture. Even on the product side, employees are required to fill timesheets. Excessive pre-joining paperwork and documentation requirements and onboarding process. The volume of forms to be completed before joining can be overwhelming and may even discourage candidates from proceeding. Compensation is below market standards and not competitive compared to similar roles in the industry.
