Pros

They have a good benefits package with Canada Life and a decent wage.

Do not work for this company at all costs!!! No matter which country you are in. If you are part of a transition from another company quit before you have the chance to start – I promise you they will run your job, former company, and mental health into the ground. In short: Intense micromanaging, poor communication (if any), refusing pay for hours worked, complex support systems, lack of accountability I have never seen such intense micromanagement and poor overall people managing in my life. Their HR is impossible to get in touch with, their IT will close your tickets without doing anything, I have seen them violate labour laws multiple times in regards to hours, scheduling, and pay. They do not support their employees at all – I have seen multiple posts on their internal social pages from employees who are being shafted by their managers and HR for perfectly reasonable issues just looking for any platform to get a response in because everything is buried in red tape. They will openly reprimand in front of your colleagues for any mistake and always punish instead of teaching. They micromanage your workday to the minute – I took more than 5 minutes to step away for a bathroom break and was publicly shamed for it. They also have a mouse movement tracker installed in all their laptops which tracks your logged in time but this is never disclosed. They have people who don’t know what they are doing watching your every move and giving daily reviews of your work. When concerns or questions are raised they are ignored by management in favour of using their time instead to watch you like a hawk and crack the whip. They make changes and never communicate them and then scold you for not following the changes. They do not listen to feedback. They are disorganized and send so much junk email full of corporate jargon to clog your inbox. They take no responsibility for their actions or mistakes. This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced and it led multiple of my coworkers to quit as soon as humanly possible.

Horrendous communication, lack of information about absolutely everything involved, absolutely nobody knows how to do anything and you have to reach out to at least five different people to get an answer. Zero potential for advancement and if you ask for a raise, they tell you to leave and find a different job if you’re not happy. I got zero raises in the three years that I worked there and their explanation was well some people get raises and some people don’t so deal with it. They have no problem, offering starvation, wages, and the bare minimum healthcare, feels like they really don’t care about you as a person. During the off boarding process due to them not being able to fulfill the contracts bare minimum, they said they would look for a job for me and did absolutely nothing. They off boarded me a week ahead of time so I only got four days of pay after I left the company and when I asked about a compensation package or final pay they refused to talk about anything saying that I would get the information once I finished Employment, and guess what I have not heard a single thing. Which means they have no problem lying to your face about important things like a compensation package.
