Pros

Friendly from top to bottom, small family oriented company, treats employees well

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and sometimes that makes things difficult with structure and work flow, then the pandemic really througha wrench in the company growing struggles...hence some reviews of some people being unhappy about lack of work. But really they put a ton of effort to ensure you do have work, and it's not a contract job so you just have to be patient for work to settle and be figured out as the company grows. Some of the unhappy coders may not have been cut out for a remote job that requires you learn multiple EHRs, and come with plenty of knowledge, and your coding coworkers can be a good resource to help you along. The benefits aren't bad. But coukd be better. Insurance is expensive.

Pros

Remote, opportunities for advancement, true open-door policy in that if you want to speak to the CEO/COO/CFO or VP just reach out on TEAMS and they will talk to you, but the flexible scheduling has to be the biggest pro. The IT guys are super nice unlike other experiences.

Cons

Insurance is not the greatest and day after Thanksgiving is not a given paid holiday. Communication could be better.

Pros

Semi flexible work schedule as long as you made up all of your time.

Cons

Little to no training. Used PTO days as towards production, so production #'s looked horrible. Too many people on each assignment, so hard to get 40 hours a week. Queries and pends not answered in a timely manner which also affected production. 30 days required for PTO requests. Expensive benefits. Didn't live up to their hype regarding family and values.
