small pay increases every year and sometimes they are delayed or not communicated in case it doesn't happen. Not many growth opportunities

Access to resources is good.

This is a very poor organization to work for. There is a disconnect between management and employees and leadership. There is nepotism and many other conflicts of interest in this institution.
