Pros
We have a lot of fun at work. There are some really good people here and the atmosphere is a friendly, family-oriented place to be. It's your home away from home and it's great for 8 hours a day.
Cons
There are some micromanagers to deal with. There seems to be no set structure when implementing new ideas and the information can become a bit convoluted. Too many people delegating yet no one wants to assist.
