Pros

Good care for employees in terms of well being and mental health. Solid training program and guidance in the process (6 weeks total).

Cons

Very strong KPI focus, micromanagement is heavy, not a lot of support in terms of face to face meetings (lot of phone and teams), and probably not worth the remuneration for how difficult the job is in terms of skill.
